2 Creative movement workshops for adults on Sundays: 16 November & 14 December @ Yr Hen Ysgol / The Old School, Trewyddel/ Moylegrove. 11am – 2pm. (£40 for both).
These workshops are for those interested in exploring movement as a creative medium. We will delve playfully into the body’s relationship with materials, to weather, to others. Using movement scores, responsive tasks, meditations and ways of witnessing to deepen into imaginal realms, through drawing and writing we will record our impressions. Occasionally we will spend time outside.
My intention is to share practice with others in creative community, to consider whether this offer might become a monthly event into 2026.
